We are a Theater Company from the suburb of Carioca (RJ) with a 25 year career, we have won more than 250 awards, we have 17 shows in our repertoire, we have already performed in Brazil and in some places around the world and we have many stories to tell.

OS CICLOMÁTICOS VOLTAM A PORTUGAL
Comemorando 30 anos de história, resistência e vivência cênica, Os Ciclomáticos Cia. de Teatro cruzam novamente o oceano para representar a cultura brasileira em terras portuguesas.
Depois de uma trajetória que já levou o grupo a diversos países e de uma histórica participação em festivais internacionais, incluindo a recente turnê pela China, a companhia carioca retorna a Portugal para mais uma jornada artística, fortalecendo os laços culturais entre os dois países e reafirmando a potência do teatro produzido na periferia do Rio de Janeiro.
Desta vez, levamos na bagagem a alegria, a irreverência e a brasilidade do espetáculo "Grand Circo Teatro Malasartes", uma celebração da nossa cultura popular, das nossas raízes e da capacidade transformadora da arte.
Há 30 anos, começamos nossa história em Bonsucesso. Hoje, seguimos ocupando palcos pelo mundo sem esquecer de onde viemos. Cada apresentação internacional é mais do que uma viagem: é um encontro entre culturas, uma troca de afetos e uma oportunidade de mostrar a riqueza do teatro brasileiro.

The Ciclomáticos in China
The theater company Ciclomáticos Cia de Teatro has been invited by the International Theatre Institute (ITI/UNESCO) to represent Brazil at two of the most prestigious festivals in the Asian country: the Silk Road Traditional Performing Arts Festival in Shanghai, and the 7th Daliangshan Theatre Festival in Xichang.The performance "Ariano – The Sertanejo Knight" will be presented on November 3 in Shanghai, an important financial and cultural center of China. Afterwards, on November 9 and 10, the company will perform in Xichang, a city located in the mountainous region of Sichuan in the southern part of the country. The tour will last 17 days, marking a historic moment for theater from Rio de Janeiro and Brazilian theater as a whole.With 29 years of history, Ciclomáticos has traveled through more than 200 Brazilian cities, with 17 productions in its repertoire, has carried out over 10,000 performances, and won more than 250 national and international awards, with appearances in countries such as Peru, Germany, Spain, France, and Portugal.
For us, the invitation represents the international recognition of a peripheral group that was born in Bonsucesso and today is a reference for Brazilian theater and a symbol of resistance, creativity, and diversity.The company will celebrate 30 years in 2026, and commemorating this achievement in China is a great source of pride. It is an opportunity to strengthen cultural ties between Brazil and China and reaffirm the power of art produced in the Brazilian peripheries.
